Shipping policy

At Big Js’ Biltong we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

• All orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• We use reliable UK courier and postal services to ensure your order arrives promptly.
• Estimated delivery time: within 24 - 48 hours (1 - 2 working days) from dispatch.
• Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Delivery Charges

• All orders below £15 will be charged £3.70 shipping fee.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey addresses only.
• We do not currently offer deliveries to international destinations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card or notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.
