Returns & Refund Policy

At Big Js' Biltong, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent service. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for food items unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at contact@bjsbiltong.com, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or recalled.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged, please contact us and we’ll sort it out promptly.
